SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT

 At Roadways to Recovery, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical and clinical services to our patients. 

We specialize in medication assisted treatment (MAT) using: buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone), Sublocade, and Vivitrol.  

Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners will assess and treat any co-occurring mental illness to help you on your recovery journey.  

Were you at a rehab facility and started on medication to manage a chronic or acute illness such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or thyroid issues?  Are you moving to a new sober living or town and do not have a access to a primary care provider but you have to take medication to manage a chronic illness?  Our Family Nurse Practitioners can help keep you on your wellness track and manage your chronic or minor acute medical conditions while you find a permeant primary care provider.  

Evidence shows that medications and therapy provide the best chance of keeping people in recovery.  At Roadways to Recovery, we require patients to participate in therapy while receiving MAT. We are able to provide telehealth services for patients on MAT.
