Contract Full-timePosition Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to oversee our clinical operations.  The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, managing clinical staff, and driving innovation in healthcare delivery.  The clinical director will supervise PHP, IOP and outpatient clinical service in our bedford location. This is a contract position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the clinical department, including therapists, counselors and peer support.  
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set clinical goals and objectives and ensure alignment with the organization's mission and strategic plan.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities to promote the organization's services.

Qualifications:

• LCSW 
• Current state license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 years in a leadership or management role preferred. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse clinical team.
• Knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Therapists

Therapist - [Full-time contract] 30 billable hours per week,  outpatient  virtual. Does not have to be fully independent. We will provide supervision for therapist needing to complete for licensure

Certified Peer Support Specialist 

Job Title: Certified Peer Support Specialist  Job Type: [Full-time Contract] 

Summary: We are seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialists to join our team, providing vital support to individuals on their journey towards recovery. 

The ideal candidate must be nationally certified or possess Indiana state certification as a Peer Support Specialist. 

This role involves a combination of either telehealth or in-person interactions, focusing on creating recovery plans and facilitating goal attainment. Case management experience is a valuable asset, as you will assist individuals in accessing resources, finding meetings, securing employment, and building supportive relationships. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Peer Support and Empowerment: Offer empathetic and non-judgmental peer support to individuals with behavioral health challenges, promoting hope, resilience, and recovery.

2. Recovery Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized recovery plans that include specific goals, strategies, and timelines for achieving mental health and wellness objectives. 

3. Telehealth and In-Person Support: Conduct virtual telehealth sessions and in-person meetings, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in service delivery. 

4. Goal Facilitation: Assist individuals in setting and working towards their recovery goals, providing motivation and guidance throughout the process.

5. Resource Navigation: Help clients access community resources, including mental health services, support groups, employment opportunities, and housing options. 

6. Case Management: If applicable, utilize case management skills to coordinate and advocate for clients' needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive support. 

7. Supportive Network Building: Encourage individuals to build and maintain supportive relationships with family, friends, and community members as part of their recovery journey. 

8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 

Qualifications: - National or Indiana State certification as a Peer Support Specialist is required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Understanding and lived experience with behavioral health challenges. - Knowledge of recovery-oriented principles and practices. - Case management experience (preferred). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. - Reliable transportation for in-person visits (if applicable).

Medical Assistant

Roadways to Recovery is a DMHA-certified provider of mental health and addiction recovery services. We offer a continuum of care including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), outpatient psychiatric medication management and therapy. Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care to our clients. The Medical Assistant will work closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and other team members, assisting in various aspects of patient care to help maintain a supportive and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere.

- Take and record vital signs, collect patient histories, and update medical records accurately.

- Assist with clinical procedures as directed by providers.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment, including exam rooms and common areas.

- Coordinate patient referrals, follow-up appointments, and manage phone calls as needed.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

- Support clinical staff with additional administrative tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:
