We are seeking a responsible and compassionate House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a sober living home. The House Manager will create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents as they work toward recovery. This role involves ensuring that all house policies are followed, assisting residents with daily living skills, maintaining a clean and organized home, and providing encouragement to residents on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Support and Supervision:
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating healthy and responsible behavior.
- Offer guidance and support to residents as they navigate sobriety and daily challenges.
- Facilitate a supportive community environment by encouraging residents to participate in group activities and house meetings.
- Ensure residents adhere to house rules, including curfews, drug and alcohol policies, and personal responsibilities within the home.
- Conduct regular house meetings to maintain open communication, address concerns, and promote accountability among residents.
House Operations and Maintenance:
- Ensure that the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including arranging for repairs as needed.
- Conduct regular checks on rooms and common areas for cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with external support staff and counselors to facilitate recovery programs.
- Manage resident schedules for house chores and duties, helping residents build a sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Administer regular drug and alcohol tests as per house policy and document results accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; work experience in social services, addiction recovery, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in addiction recovery, behavioral health, or similar support roles is highly beneficial.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward residents.
- Organizational skills to manage daily tasks and house operations efficiently.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to enforce house rules with consistency and empathy.
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills, including proficiency with email and Microsoft Office tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and legally able to work in US.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays, and to respond to on-call emergencies as necessary.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care to our clients. The Medical Assistant will work closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and other team members, assisting in various aspects of patient care to help maintain a supportive and efficient clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere.
- Take and record vital signs, collect patient histories, and update medical records accurately.
