Cancelation Policy
We understand there are times you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We require 24 hour cancelation notice. This is to allow us to use that time to help someone else. Please help us ensure people can book appointments quickly by canceling your appointment if you will not be available. If less than 24 hours notice is given it is considered a NO SHOW. You may be prevented from scheduling appointments or could even be discharged from practice if you NO SHOW 2 appointments in 6 months. Please use the form below to tell us you need to reschedule. You may also directly request to reschedule on your NP or Therapist's page under "ABOUT US" or click on the picture to the right.
