Helping others is my passion, helping others reach a better life than they've been living. Assist people in recognizing some of the emotional barriers holding them back. Identify healing in the ability to look beyond their circumstance and see a brighter tomorrow. Allowing the room for someone to make changes in their life to grow into a new version of themselves, no longer accepting life as it comes but working to make a better life.

For the past ten years, I have worked with co-occurring disorders, with individuals with mental health issues from anxiety to depression to grief to PTSD, working with individuals who struggle with substance abuse addiction. I specialize in helping those who are trying to make a life change but have not succeeded. Working with others two illuminates strengths, new coping skills, new supports, and new healing.

I have a decade of experience working with individuals with mental health issues and substance abuse issues. I have worked as an individual and group therapist in outpatient, short-term, and long-term inpatient facilities. I specialize in working with those with substance abuse and mental health issues. I have a master's degree from Capella University, a Master of Science and Human Services specializing in mental health counseling.
